  • At the beginning, in the UK version, Bob says, "Then we can paint a white line down the middle to show that it's a main road", while in the US version, Bob says, "Then we can paint a nice line down the middle to finish everything off."

Travis and Scoop's Race Day

  • In the UK dub, Spud calls Travis "stupid" while in the US dub, he is just called by his name

Wallpaper Wendy

  • In the UK version, Bob says "We're off to the Town Hall", but in the US version, he says "We're off to City Hall."

Runaway Roley

  • When Roley rolls toward the trench, in the UK version Bob says, "He's heading straight for the trench!" In the US version, the word "trench" is changed to "ditch".
  • In the US dub, Roley does not sound like he is swearing

Wendy's Tennis Court

  • After Spud falls into the wet cement in the UK version, Travis says "Wendy'll be so upset. Everyone'll be cross.", while in the US version he says "Wendy'll be so upset. Everybody'll be mad".

Bob's White Christmas

  • In the North American version, all lines mentioning "Father Christmas" were replaced with "Santa Claus".
  • In the UK version, after Wendy says "Merry Christmas Bob", Bob says "Ho Ho Ho!", but in the North American version, he says "Merry Christmas, Wendy!".
  • In the UK version, Bob says "All right. First we need some fairy lights.”, but in the US version, he says "All right. Let's get it decorated."

Bob's Boots

  • In the UK dub, Bob's Sandwiches are made out cheese and chutney whereas in the US dub, he had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

Mucky Muck

  • When Spud bends his nose, in the UK version Spud says, "Has anybody got a fresh parsnip?" In the US version, Spud says, "Has anyone got a fresh turnip?"

Trailer Travis

  • When Bob is looking at the pies in the UK version, he says "I think Mrs. Broadbent must have used concrete instead of pastry" while in the US version, he says "I think Mrs. Broadbent must have used cement instead of flour."
  • When Mrs. Broadbent congratulates Bob for finishing her porch in the UK version, she says "Why don't you stay for some tea and rock cakes. I've baked them specially" while in the US version, she says "Why don't you stay for some tea and cookies. I've baked them just for you."
  • Just before the trailer's wheels hit the pies in the UK version, Spud exclaims, "Goodbye, cruel world!", whereas in the US version, Spud cries, "I can't look."

Spud Lends a Hand

  • In the UK version Spud says "Spud never makes a mess of things." But in the US version Spud says "Spud never makes any mistakes."

  • The AUS Version is narrated by a male whereas the US Version is narrated by a Female
  • In the US version some words are changed. For example "wardrobe" and "torch" are changed to "closet" and "flashlight"

Teletubbies

General

  • In the UK version, the child who participates in the TV Event talks about what they do whereas the US version has a child doing a voiceover.
  • The Lion and Bear is banned in the US by PBS due to controversies
  • In various dubs, The Bear with Brown Fuzzy Hair is male instead of female
  • In the German dub, King Pleasure and the Biscuits Boys videos are replaced with TV Events not shown in any of the English dubs due to the episodes focusing on them being retitled
  • In the Korean dub, The Baby Sun's face is replaced by a Korean baby's face
  • In the UK version, one of the Teletubbies pops out of the hole to say goodbye for a final time whereas in the US version, All the Teletubbies say goodbye for a final time (just like in the videos)
  • In the UK, the reboot episodes are 14 minutes long but internationally it has been cut down to 12 minutes. This results in the opening sequence being shortened, the 2nd viewing of Tummy Tales being cut down to 10 seconds and the closing sequence being Altered
  • In the German and Dutch versions, Funny Lady is played by a different actress
  • In the German Dub, Tubby Custard is called Tubby Pudding

  • In all international versions (including the Australian DVD), The order of the first 3 scenes is changed

Yummy Yummy (re-recording)

  • The Australian releases feature the songs " Teddy Bear Hug" and Numbers Rhumba. The US and UK release replaced them with puppet videos of Wigglemix and Go Captain Feathersword Ahoy! although snippets of those songs can still be seen in the credits

Toot Toot!

  • The Australian and US releases of the 1999 version feature the Wiggly Big Show version of Toot Toot Chugga Chugga Big Red Car while the UK release retains the original version
  • The UK release is titled Big Red Car (not to be confused with the 1995 AUS Video of the same name)

  • In the first seven series of the French version, Edward is called Edouard, Henry is called Henri, James is called Jacques and Percy is called Pierre
  • In the Greek version, Henry is called Charlie and Percy is called Jerry for the first seven series and Gordon is called Johnny during the Classic series
  • In the Greek version, Duck is called Jackie and is female from the second to fifth series
  • In the Slovene version, Donald and Douglas are from Jesenice instead of Scotland
  • In the French version, Emily is called Emilie in the seventh series

Videos

  • Buzz Buzz is included on the UK and New Zealand Versions of Escape while that episode appears on the Australian Version of Trust Thomas 

Thomas and the Guard

  • In the US version, Thomas tells Henry ‘You’re too slow’ instead of ‘You’re too fat’. This is possibly due to political correctness

  • In the Welsh version, only one of the Danger Keep Away signs is translated

  • In the US version, the engines told Edward he had grey wheels instead of black
